KEECHAINZ Shipping Policy

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can, so you can start using your new keychain. KEECHAINZ offers free standard shipping on all orders for KEECHAINZ membership account holders (See details below) or on orders $30.00 and up for non-account holders shipped in the contiguous United States only. 

Custom products typically deliver in 1-2 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the order. Longer processing times may delay these estimated times, especially during peak holiday periods. Send us an email at admin@keechainz.biz for a quote. When your order ships, KEECHAINZ will provide an order tracking link with the most up to date delivery expectations.

Shipping Options & Rates

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Premium and Express orders should be placed by 12:00 PM MT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM MT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.

The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options. Note that we are not currently offering expedited shipping on any of our customized products, and customized products are not currently eligible for free Standard shipping to AK, HI, or PO Boxes.

KEECHAINZ MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT HOLDERS*: 

If you are a Membership Account holder, we will ship orders you place in addition to your Membership for free.

*To access the offer, you’ll need to create an account, and sign up for a Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual membership. You will also need to login to your Membership account prior to checkout. Offer only applies to orders to be delivered within the contiguous United States or Canada. KEECHAINZ reserves the right to change product eligibility, discount and/or prices at any given time without prior notice. KEECHAINZ reserves the right to modify or end any offer at any time.

Shipping Holidays

KEECHAINZ will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2025. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

  • New Year’s Day - January 1, 2025
  • MLK Day - January 20, 2025
  • Memorial Day - May 26, 2025
  • Independence Day - July 4, 2025
  • Labor Day - September 1, 2025
  • Thanksgiving Day - November 27, 2025
  • Christmas Day - December 25, 2025
  • New Year’s Day - January 1, 2026

 

ADDRESSES IN THE United States

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. We will send you a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. If there is a delay in the fulfillment of your order, we will notify you.

 

Alaska and Hawaii

Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order.

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
